We the People NC is the North Carolina affiliation of the We the People Foundation & Congress, chaired by Bob Schulz @ www.GiveMeLiberty.org.

Through research, education, activism, and legal action, We the People seeks nothing less than the restoration of Constitutional Order to our land and the opportunity for our nation’s children to experience the legacy of Freedom that so many have paid so dearly to secure.

We the People NC also has a Facebook group called Continental Congress 2009 - NC Delegation, created in order to help North Carolinians network together and consider a NC delegation to the CC2009.

The WTP Continental Congress 2009 Promotional Tour with Bob Schulz has been visiting several areas throughout America since January 2009 and continues to work his way through all 50 United States.

On January 29, 2009 the CC2009 Promotional Tour came to Asheville, was recorded, and later edited to this ~80 minute audio presentation, which explains the 'Forgotten Accountability Clause' built into the First Amendment, regarding the Right to Petition for Redress of Grievances, the history associated with this unalienable individual right leading up to the founding of America, and the lack of response by Congress and the Federal Judiciary signaling the apparent need for a CC2009 during this Constitutional crisis which threatens the future of America.

The We the People NC Show on US Web Talk Radio hopes to help the cause of restoring Constitutional order and Federal Government accountability by distributing timely updates regarding the status of the CC2009.
